Refund policy

 

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to size miscalculation or something else, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase or receiving product for an exchange.

To make a exchange:

• Items must be unworn
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear including odors
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
  

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

• Wax melts, wax squishes, or hair glitter
  

To exchange a product, send the product back via mail, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
